General Information
Terms: All Prices are Retail, FOB City Of Industry California & SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Customer agrees to be liable for all collection Costs. Including attorney fees, whether or not a lawsuit is filed. All overdue accounts will be subject to a 1 1/2% per month service fee charged on the unpaid balance. Special terms may apply to quantity orders & custom work. Minimum cancellation fee is $25.00 and cancellation will NOT be accepted on finished merchandise. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 charge.
Deposits: All deposits should be made payable to Terra Furniture.
Crdit: Credit may be established by completion of a credit application and the inclusion of satisfactory references.
Order Confirmation: Upon receipt of an order TERRA will mail an acknowledgement with an appropriate estimated scheduled shipping date. Please advise TERRA of any discrepancies, charges, additions or deletions in a timely manner.
Shipping: Unless complete shipping instructions are given, TERRA will select, in its opinion, the most secure and economical means for delivery. Scheduled shipping dates are estimates; While every attempt is made to adhere to these dates they are not guaranteed delivery commitments. Prepaid shipments are subject to a $30.00 service charge.
Carton Charge: Where delivery by way of a blanket wrapped carrier is not feasible or secure, carton charges must be added to ensure the proper delivery. Carton charges, per item, are located in the last column of the price list.
Handling Charges: Additional charge of $10.00 for all orders under $100.00 list price.
Storage: Postponement of a shipment beyond its completion date will result in a charge of 2% per month of invoice total.
Claims: Shipments should be inspected by the receiving party before accepting delivery from a carrier. TERRA is NOT responsible for damage incurred in transit or storage. Damage or storage must be noted on the carrier's Bill of Lading. Claims for damage or shortage must be handled between the consignee and carrier. Claims should be made promptly. Concealed damage claims must be in writing and within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Save all bills and packaging for inspection by the carrier.
Returned Goods: Will not be accepted without prior authorization from TERRA. Returned merchandise must be shipped in accordance with our instructions.
Sizes: All measurements are outside dimensions and approximate.
Weights: All weights are product only, not packaged or cartoned.
Design & Fabric Details: Are subject to change without notice.
Work: Terra Furniture is experienced & equipped to execute most of your needs for quanitity custom design and specifications. For information on custom metal, woven or upholstery work please contact the factory.
COM: The yardage requirements listed in the price list are based on 54" goods. Additional yardage will be required for narrower width & pattern matching. Please submit the product number, material width, pattern repeat & whether the material is to be railroaded for a yardage quotation. COM materials must be shipped prepaid & clearly marked with your name & order number. Include any special instructions in writing with your COM shipment. If written instructions are not received TERRA will proceed at its own discretion for the application of the COM. For COM & NONSTANDARD(NOT shown in the TERRA swatch card)Sunbrella fabric not shown use B Grade pricing. Add 10% for contrasting welt on Grade A.
